1. Service Nature & Fees
All fees paid to Migrant Master are towards professional consultancy services, documentation support, application processing, and advisory services. Once a service has been initiated, fees are generally non-refundable, except in cases specifically mentioned below.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:
– If Migrant Master is unable to initiate the agreed service due to internal reasons.
– If explicitly mentioned in a written agreement or offer letter.
All refund requests are subject to internal review and approval.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
– If the client provides incomplete, incorrect, or misleading information.
– If the application is refused due to:
a. Embassy/Consulate decision
b. Policy changes by immigration authorities
c. Eligibility criteria not met
d. If the client withdraws or abandons the process after initiation.
e. If delays occur due to third parties such as embassies, universities, banks, or government authorities.
f. For government fees, embassy fees, university application fees, medicals, language tests, courier charges, or any third-party payments.
4. Refund Process
All refund requests must be made in writing via email to info@migrantmaster.com.
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 30–45 working days.
Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment wherever possible.
Administrative or processing charges may be deducted.
5. Visa & Application Disclaimer
Final decisions for visas, permits, admissions, or approvals rest solely with the respective embassies, immigration authorities, or institutions. Migrant Master does not guarantee approvals and is not liable for rejections.
6. Policy Amendments
Migrant Master reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
